Overview


Faber Nepal is the authorized distributor of the premium Italian brand Faber, who specialize in modernizing Nepali homes with high-performance built-in kitchen appliances like cooktop, chimney, dishwasher, and other small appliances.

Although Faber is a globally recognized Italian brand, Faber Nepal needed to establish clear local relevance and trust in a category that was still evolving and the main challenges were:

  • Lack of a unified brand identity and message
  • Difficulty communicating safety, performance, and reliability
  • Low exposure, unable see, understand, and trust the products in real-life usage

Strategy


We realized that while customers admired the brand, they needed a compelling reason to buy. Our strategy was to brand the appliances as health devices, not just decor. We coined the slogan "SAFER WITH FABER" as the kitchen can be a place of smoke, oil, and potential hazards.

Our strategy centered on:

  • Creating a unified brand identity and message
  • Educating consumers through real product experiences
  • Reinforcing awareness with consistent, safety-led communication

Execution


We bridged the gap between digital ads and real-world experience through a well planned 3-step approach:

  • Unified Identity: We crafted the logo and visual assets to ensure a consistent, premium look across every channel.
  • The "Safer with Faber" Expo: We organized a massive 3-day on-ground event to let customers experience the products firsthand. This included:
    • Live Demos: Proving the appliances work for Nepali cooking and household.
    • Engagement: Lucky draws, fun games, and gifts.
    • New Launch: Unveiling the latest models directly to the audience.
  • Performance Ads: We ran targeted campaigns to build hype for the event and offer exclusive discount vouchers, driving walk-ins and sales.
