Riddhi Siddhi Cement Ltd. is one of the largest cement companies in Nepal, which is a venture between Shanker Group & Ambe Group, with a focus on high-quality production of Cement and Clinker.

The Nepali cement market is oversaturated, with every brand promising ‘Strength’ and ‘Quality.’ Riddhi Siddhi struggled to stand out with a distinct personality. They needed to move beyond a generic cement brand in a market ruled by tough competitors, and the main challenges were:

Strategy


We realized that in Nepal, building a house is a spiritual milestone, not just construction. We couldn't merely discuss strength and quality; we had to become part of the family's ritual. Our strategy focused on "Cultural Utility," providing tangible value to homeowners during the auspicious "Shilanyas" (foundation) ceremony.

Our strategy centered on:

  • Establishing a deep cultural connection by honoring the spiritual significance of home building
  • creating hype through utility by solving real problems during the foundation ritual
  • Forging an emotional bond by positioning the brand as a partner in new beginnings

Execution


We executed a 6-month, 360-degree campaign designed to capture both the market and the heart. By integrating Digital, TV, Print, and Outdoor media, we ensured wide reach while establishing a premium and trustworthy brand image across all channels.

Our execution highlights included:

  • Creating visual consistency with unique slogans and a unified identity
  • Launching the “शिलान्यास रिद्धि सिद्धिसंग” campaign, offering a Free Complete Puja Kit with bulk purchases
  • Positioning the brand as a partner in dreams through the “नयाँ साल नयाँ सुरुवात” New Year campaign
